Heras fencing

At Cover Fencing we understand that although fencing is among the first things needed on-site, it is often the last thing to be organised, that is why our depot holds large stocks of each of our product lines which we are able to deliver at very short notice, deliveries can be made on a ‘same day’ or ‘next day’ basis. Quite simply, our aim is to give our customers, what they want, when they want it.

Efficient transport

Our specially designed storage stills hold up to sixty Heras fences and feet meaning we can carry more than any other competitor, up to 200 complete panels per load saving you money on delivery charges and helping us to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.

All our products are designed for rapid erection and easy installation on any and all terrain, and should you choose to have our team fit our fencing systems for you, you can rest easy in the knowledge that all of our staff are professional, highly trained and willing to assist you in any way we can to help make organising your event as stress free as possible.

Why is it called Heras Fencing?

On 1 April 1952, Frans Ruigrok, the son of a blacksmith, started an enterprise called Hekwerk Industrie Eindhoven in a barn. Ruigrok was the first to opt for standardisation and serial fencing production. In 1958, he changed the name to Heras.

Heras fencing is a type of fencing made up of individual panels, which are joined together by bracing blocks and metal couplers. Each panel consists of a metal grid with a welded mesh design, and two tubular framing poles.

Each panel measures 3500mm wide x 2000mm high.
